New Student Admissions Process and Checklist

  

 

Step 1 - Interest Application

  • Review School website (School Mission, who we are, Education Philosophy, etc)

  • Submit Inquiry Form

Step 2 - Enrollment Application

  • Complete Enrollment Application

  • Pay $75.00 application fee and submit completed Enrollment Application.

 

Step 3 – Additional Documents

  • Report card from last and this year if applicable

  • Immunization Records

  • Birth Certificate

  • Current IEP/504 plan if applicable

 

Step 4 - Family Interview

  • After favorably completing steps 2 and 3, schedule family interview.

  • Address parent and student concerns during the Interview.

  • School staff will review school mission, values, education philosophy. 

  • All parties involved, access whether MHA is the right fit for all.

 

Step 5 – Admission Acceptance Decision

  •  Final acceptance/non-acceptance decision is communicated based on the following:

     

  1. Grades

  2. Behavior Reports

  3. Interview
